Pavement Markings

Hi, there are several, new markings on the sidewalk pavement outside 642 Orange Street. They seem to designate water and gas lines. Can you tell us what the proposed construction is? The nearby tree was due to be removed before covid shut-down, and the sidewalk is badly torn up from the tree root growth. So perhaps tree removal and sidewalk repair? Thank you!
